Terms of Use

Effective: November 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Happy Wife — Happy Life (“the app”), provided by ALTYPIST DOO Beograd, Milutina Milankovića 7 DJ, 11070 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.

The service

The app lets two adults in a relationship form a private pair, share a mood status and preferences, and receive notifications. It is a communication aid, not a medical, psychological or emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• Share invitation codes only with the person you want to pair with.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass, monitor or control another person, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own what you write in the app. You give us permission to store and transmit it only as needed to provide the service to you and your partner. See the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the app reliable, but notifications depend on Apple, Google and your network, and may be delayed or not delivered. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ending use

You can leave a pair or delete your account at any time from the app menu.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
