Privacy Policy

Happy Wife — Happy Life (“the app”) lets a wife share her mood with her husband in one tap. This policy explains what data the app processes, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
The data controller is ALTYPIST DOO Beograd, Milutina Milankovića 7 DJ, 11070 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia; registration number 22323695, tax number (PIB) 115878048. Contact: support@altypist.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash) and your role in the app (wife or husband).
- Pair: which accounts form a pair, when they joined or left, and invitation codes (stored as hashes, valid for a limited time).
- Moods and wishes: the status you choose, how long it should last, and optional wish tags or text.
- Preferences: what the wife chooses to share — likes and dislikes (flowers, sweets, food), dietary restrictions or allergies she selects, and free‑text notes.
- Husband's notes and care log: private notes and records of care actions. Private notes are visible only to their author.
- Notifications: a push token for your device, its platform (iOS or Android) and your app language, so notifications arrive in your language.
- Technical records: timestamps of invitation attempts, used to prevent abuse.
Dietary restrictions and allergies can reveal health information. Sharing them is entirely optional; they are shown only to your partner.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers. The app has no ads, no analytics and no third‑party tracking.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: show your status to your partner and deliver notifications (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, such as guessing invitation codes (legitimate interest).
- To process the optional sensitive details you choose to share (your explicit consent, which you can withdraw by deleting them).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who can see it
Your status, wishes and shared preferences are visible only to your active partner. Access is enforced on the server by row‑level security rules. When a pair is dissolved, the former partner loses access immediately.
Service providers
- Supabase, Inc. — database, authentication and server functions. Your data is stored on servers in the European Union.
- Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) — relays push notifications to Apple and Google.
- Apple (Apple Push Notification service) and Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — deliver notifications to your device.
Your account and app data are stored in the EU. To deliver a notification, its content (for example, your partner's status) briefly passes through Expo, Apple or Google, which may process it in the United States; these transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, pair memberships, moods, wishes, preferences, notes, device tokens and invitations are deleted immediately. Server backups may retain copies for a short period before they are overwritten.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account directly from the app menu. For anything else, email support@altypist.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or your local data protection authority.
Children
The app is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
